Role Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Executive cum Spa Therapist to join our team at PAN PACIFIC ORCHARD SINGAPORE. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, with valid masseur/spa therapist qualifications, and a good understanding of the SPA Industry along with a strong customer service focus and administrative skills in a similar capacity within the Hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
  1. Client Service: Provide exceptional customer service, welcome and greet clients in a friendly and cheerful manner, and ensure all clients' needs are well attended to.
  2. Treatment Room Management: Assist clients in making reservations, assign treatment rooms, and oversee that all clients and therapists arrive on time.
  3. Sales and Revenue Targets: Motivate team members to close sales, offer alternative treatments, confirm bookings, and achieve revenue targets.
  4. Client Feedback and Complaints: Deal with customer requests and complaints, provide vital information to the Lifestyle Manager, and improve client satisfaction.
