Welcome to our Lifestyle team where you will be responsible for delivering impact on the growth of merchants by acquiring and helping creators succeed on the platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboard, educate, and incubate lifestyle creators to drive Live stream/Short video content supply and quality.
  • Grow and nurture TikTok Shop lifestyle creators via both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication.

This involves developing quarterly and monthly operation plans/incentive policies for lifestyle creators to increase their content production diligence on TikTok Shop via matchmaking with different types of lifestyle sellers.
