Job Title: IT Support Specialist for Central Region

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Level 1 IT Support professional to join our team in the Central Region for a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely IT system support, managing user accounts, and ensuring seamless User experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical assistance to users via phone, email, or remote access platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective issue resolution and improve overall service quality.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to enhance job performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity principles.
- Proficiency in ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
