Job Overview

To effectively manage and coordinate M2M's software and application development projects, this role acts as the technical bridge between non-technical Management and external developers, ensuring that projects meet agreed specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight & Coordination
    • Monitor outsourced developers' progress to ensure deliverables meet technical and business requirements.
    • Review and validate code quality, architecture decisions, and technical documentation.
    • Evaluate project milestones for timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Technical Communication
    • Craft clear updates from technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between Management and outsourced technical teams.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
    • Conduct thorough code reviews to identify areas for improvement in performance, security, and scalability.
    • Maintain adherence to best practices, coding standards, and applicable compliance regulations.
  • Problem Solving & Risk Management
    • Identify potential technical risks early on and collaborate with outsourced teams to implement effective solutions.
    • Provide informed guidance on feature feasibility and scalability before development commences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience:
    • Fresh graduates with impressive internship experience.
    • Demonstrated experience managing remote or outsourced development teams.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) and one frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
    • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and API integrations.
    • Awareness of DevOps workflows, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Attention to detail with an ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks.
