Are you a mould design expert looking for a challenging leadership position? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Mould Design Manager to join our team.\
\
This is a fantastic chance to lead innovation and drive global excellence in mould design. As a key member of our mould design team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve mould design quality, efficiency, and collaboration with suppliers.\

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mould design, strong leadership skills, and the ability to think strategically. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-cultural teams remotely.\

In this role, you will:\

  • Develop and implement mould design strategies to improve quality, efficiency, and collaboration with suppliers.
  • Lead a team of mould designers and engineers to deliver high-quality mould designs on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of mould design with production and supply chain processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and delivery expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mould design and implementation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:\

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced mould design professional with the following qualifications:\
\
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in mould design and leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality mould designs on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-cultural teams remotely.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD systems, 3D design, and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions.
