Job Title: Mould Design Specialist Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead mould design innovation and excellence in a global environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop mould designs with a strong focus on quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-cultural teams to drive process optimisation and improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the approver for 3D/2D reviews of mould designs from external suppliers.
  • Ensure contractors have the necessary capabilities and resources to deliver designs according to standards.

This role requires a mould designer with extensive experience in mould design, problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop technical solutions.


Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of CAD systems, particularly Siemens NX.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes.
  • Experience working with remote teams and collaborating across geographical boundaries.

As a key member of our mould design team, you will contribute to the development of standards for future moulds based on our company's strategy.
