
Contact Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide exceptional customer support and manage innovative operations.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for daily client interactions.
- Supervise and support frontline staff, including rostering and performance management.
- Manage first-level staff and customer escalations effectively.
- Ensure headcount fulfillment and service level agreement compliance.
- Review feedback to identify service gaps and improve customer experience.
- Prepare monthly reports on service metrics and audits.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Handle calls and provide first-level helpline support with professionalism.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in contact centre environments.
- At least 2 years of experience in team supervision or ground staff management, preferably in a fast-paced or client-facing role.
- Proven experience handling first-level customer feedback and escalations.
- Experience meeting and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance KPIs.
