Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide exceptional customer support and manage innovative operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for daily client interactions.
  • Supervise and support frontline staff, including rostering and performance management.
  • Manage first-level staff and customer escalations effectively.
  • Ensure headcount fulfillment and service level agreement compliance.
  • Review feedback to identify service gaps and improve customer experience.
  • Prepare monthly reports on service metrics and audits.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Handle calls and provide first-level helpline support with professionalism.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in contact centre environments.
  • At least 2 years of experience in team supervision or ground staff management, preferably in a fast-paced or client-facing role.
  • Proven experience handling first-level customer feedback and escalations.
  • Experience meeting and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance KPIs.
