At ZENO EXHIBITION PTE. LTD., we are seeking an experienced Key Administrator to provide administrative support to our Sales & Project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute administrative tasks, including preparing purchase orders, delivery orders, sales orders, tax invoices, and other documents.
  • Coordinate internal and external logistics for purchase orders.
  • Assist in purchasing and liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collate documents for project handovers and submit paperwork to organizers.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of tax, purchasing, and accounting principles.
  • Strong data entry and administrative skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
