We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Early Years Educator Leader to join our team at Supergenius Preschool HBB PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To design, implement and evaluate developmental-appropriate programs for infants aged 0-3 years old.
  • To create a safe, engaging and inclusive environment that fosters social, emotional, cognitive and physical development in young children.
  • To lead a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education to infants, promoting a sense of security, trust and belonging among them.
  • To assess the health, hygiene and safety needs of infants and implement strategies to meet these needs.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC), Certificate in Infant and Toddler Care and Development with Early Years Development Framework (CITC+EYDF) or its equivalent is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in infant care is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and have excellent leadership and communication skills.
