Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialist, Partnerships and Community Engagement to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including migrant workers and community organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective partnerships and community engagement strategies to promote the well-being of migrant workers.
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to design and deliver programs that meet the needs of migrant workers.
- Support the development of a database of volunteers and migrant workers, and facilitate their recruitment, deployment, and training.
- Liaise with internal teams to monitor the effectiveness of programs and recommend new initiatives that benefit migrant workers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to migrant workers, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are positive.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote fair employment practices and the well-being of migrant workers.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field, such as social work, community development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community outreach, partnerships, and program development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
- Valid class 3 driving license preferred.
Work Environment:
This role is primarily based at our office and may require occasional travel to alternative sites.
