Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Expert to spearhead large-scale programs from inception through delivery, utilizing a solution-based approach to exceed customer satisfaction.

  • Pursue and implement key projects such as Credit Platform Uplift, Fenergo for Client Life Cycle & Management, Private Wealth Banking Applications as digitized solutions, and FINACLE for core banking.
  • Leverage cross-functional IT, Agile, and QA teams to complete project deliverables on time and within set parameters.
  • Conduct business requirements gathering, facilitate workshops, and address solution design gaps in alignment with new Target operating model for creating functional specifications, user stories, and product backlogs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Product Consultants and BA teams, developing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for development, and ensuring accountability for Project engagement and Delivery.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Familiarity with Fenergo product modules and features, including Client Life Cycle Management processes.
  • Experience with banking applications like Credit Grading and Excess & Past Due Monitoring, Fenergo, Client Central, FINACLE, Workbench, GNS-Detica, Wealth Management System, Digital Wealth system, Loan management, Card Exception Processing system & Card Management Applications for MasterCard, Payment processing, eCDD+ etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Corporate and Institutional Banking, Commercial Banking, Wholesale Banking, Retail Banking, Core banking, Wealth Management & Advisory, Card processing & management, Insurance, Loan Life cycle, CASA, Channels and Payments.
  • Successful experience in Managing testing engagements and deliveries, capable of managing multiple projects and releases in multiple countries to consistently achieve targeted results.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum projects involving Agile Methodology as Scrum Master and other testing models.
