Senior Diving Operations Manager

This role involves overseeing inshore diving operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate records.

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of diving operations onsite.
  • Ensure all diving activities comply with SS511 and MOM regulations.
  • Supervise all inshore underwater operations including inspections, hull cleaning, propeller polishing, maintenance, and repairs of vessels within Singapore waters.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years supervisor experience in inshore commercial diving operations.
  • Valid and approved diving certification recognized by IMCA and SS 511 standards.
  • Strong knowledge of diving systems, decompression procedures, and underwater tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
