Blockchain Success Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to drive the success and satisfaction of our partners, customers, and ecosystem participants. As a key member of the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you will focus on onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion, ensuring our blockchain interoperability solutions deliver maximum value.

Your role will involve working closely with partners to understand their needs, providing strategic guidance, and driving seamless integration with our technology. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development teams to enhance our offerings and contribute to long-term ecosystem growth.

A strong understanding of blockchain technology, including smart contracts, tokenomics, oracles, DeFi, Layer 1 and 2 protocols, and zero-knowledge proofs, is essential for this position.

  • Drive adoption of our interoperability solutions across projects, developers, and enterprises.
  • Proactively identify challenges and provide strategic solutions to maximize retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to develop educational resources, best practices, and technical documentation.
  • Empower partners and users by participating in training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize user experience and drive continuous improvements.
