Culinary Professional - Fine Dining

Job Description

As a culinary professional in a fine dining establishment, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie in preparing ingredients and mise en place. This involves following recipes and instructions accurately and consistently to ensure the highest quality of dishes.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and freshness. This includes maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations, and working collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in various aspects of cooking, such as baking, grilling, and sautéing. You will attend training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
