Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Multidisciplinary Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services across various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care throughout their hospital stay.
  • Deliver safe and competent nursing care and assist in procedures/treatments.
  • Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and nursing colleagues on patient care.
  • Provide patient/family education on health, prevention, and rehabilitation.
  • Ensure proper use of equipment and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Supervise and guide junior staff, new nurses, and nursing students.
  • Participate in rounds and support the smooth delivery of clinical services.

Requirements:

  • Commit to 3-rotating shifts.
  • Be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
