Multidisciplinary Nurse Specialist

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Administer medication, wound care, and monitor patients' conditions effectively.
- Coordinate with physicians to provide direct patient care and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and confidential patient care environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise junior staff and promote compliance with SNB standards.
- Participate in Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings for holistic care planning.
- Support families through patients' end-of-life journey with compassion and empathy.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- A minimum of a Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Experience in a hospital setting is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
