Multidisciplinary Nursing Specialist

As a Multidisciplinary Nursing Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. Your expertise in nursing practices and procedures will enable you to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to patients' unique needs and preferences
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, challenges, and areas for improvement
- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- At least a Nitec in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Experience in a hospital setting is preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, think critically, and make sound decisions
