Your key responsibilities will include designing programme curriculum, selecting suitable programme locations, and ensuring the health and safety of participants. You will also be required to communicate effectively with participants, instructors, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of the programme.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations. You should also be physically fit and able to participate in outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking.
