Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and conscientious Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. This includes ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff, optimizing sales, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a pleasant shopping experience for customers
    • Identify and handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly
    • Recommend creative ideas to build and develop strong regular clientele
  • Community and VIP Customers
    • Foster a deep sense of belonging in our Ksisters' community
    • Manage offline community building with cross-functional teams
  • Operations
    • Oversee daily store operations and assist in supervising a team of retail associates
    • Ensure store presentation is consistent with brand image
    • Ensure retail associates are well-groomed and presentable at all times during working hours
    • Manage store inventory and promptly alert management of concerning stock levels
  • Sales
    • Manage, drive, and achieve KPIs
    • Analyze monthly sales results to management for performance evaluation and suggest action plans
    • Coordinate and execute sales plans, marketing events, and promotion programs with the team
  • Leadership
    • Train, motivate, and support retail associates to uphold company values and standards
    • Monitor, coach, and assist management in onboarding of new staff
  • Other Duties
    • Perform yearly appraisals for team members
    • Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
    Requirements
    • 3-5 years of experience in retail as a retail manager (Beauty retail is a plus)
    • Passionate about the retail industry and has strong leadership abilities
    • Must be a good team player, self-motivated, open-minded, and proactive with high integrity level
    • Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong adaptability skills in a fast-paced environment
    • Possesses problem-solving and planning skills
    • Proficient computer skills (Knowledge of e-commerce is a plus)
    • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (Total 44 hours per week)
