Job Summary

This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong banking relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building: Acquire and build strong banking relationships with new and existing clients through personalized interactions and tailored advice.
  • Product Recommendations: Provide holistic information, advice, and recommendations to clients on the right type and amount of banking products that meet their needs.
  • Client Satisfaction: Deliver high-value services via calls, correspondence, and events to create opportunities for customer relationship growth while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with senior managers to plan and execute marketing activities to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
  • New Business Development: Utilize the branch network, tele-consulting, referrals, and quality leads to explore new business opportunities and drive sales conversions.
  • Sales Conversion: Ensure seamless customer referrals and sales conversions while maintaining excellent relationships with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A recognized diploma or degree in any field.
  • Prior financial sales experience is an advantage.
  • A strong passion for sales career and wealth management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong time management skills.
