Job Description:

The role of the Account Manager is multifaceted and involves developing and maintaining healthy relationships with key clients. This includes preparing customized sales pitches, presenting proposals, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches to meet individual customer requirements.
  • Submit regular sales reports to senior management.

  • Nurture client relationships to ensure long-term growth and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with project leads and finance teams to follow up on billings and payments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or higher level of education.
  • At least one year of relevant sales experience in a B2B environment with a strong sales track record.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin for communication with stakeholders.
