About Our Team
We're seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to help us design and scale our cloud infrastructure from the ground up. In our fast-paced environment, you'll play a key role in shaping how we architect, automate, and secure our cloud systems primarily on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure tailored to business and technical requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
  • Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance with security standards.
  • Automate cloud operations and workflows using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
  • Implement monitoring solutions and respond to incidents, ensuring system reliability and quick recovery from failures.
  • Enforce cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption, and vulnerability management, aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze cloud usage and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation and reduce operational costs.
  • Work closely with development, DevOps, and security teams to support application deployment and troubleshoot cloud-related issues.
  • Maintain clear documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and procedures. Educate teams on cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure efficiency and agility.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Master's degree is a bonus but not required.
  2. 3-5 years of hands-on cloud engineering experience, with strong expertise in GCP.
  3. Deep knowledge of GCP services like Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and BigQuery.
  4. Proficient in Terraform. Experience with GCP Deployment Manager is a plus.
  5. Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go for automation and cloud operations.
  6. Experience with GCP-native tools like Cloud Build and Artifact Registry, and Git-based workflows.
  7. Solid understanding of IAM, service accounts, and cloud security principles.
  8. Familiarity with GCP's operations suite (formerly Stackdriver) for observability.
  9. Understanding of VPCs, subnets, firewalls, load balancers, and hybrid connectivity.
  10. Good understanding on Building AI Agents and integrating them with workflows wherever applicable, MCP and A2A communication.
  11. Preferable to have understanding on Vertex AI, GCP Agent space and Gemini.
  12. Experience working with GCP APIs and integrating with external systems.
  13. You're a self-starter, a great communicator, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  14. Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or DevOps Engineer certifications are preferred.
