  • Lead strategic data science projects, working in tandem with stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities, architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions, and deliver tangible business results.
  • Design, build, and integrate analytical models into our decision engine, championing best practices for model deployment, scalability, and monitoring in production environments.
  • Apply advanced techniques to uncover customer behavior patterns, life stages, affluence, and interests across our products and services, delivering actionable recommendations to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
  • Enable robust data exploration, insight discovery, and experimentation for lifecycle marketing campaigns, devising and executing rigorous A/B tests, segmentations, and optimization strategies to continuously improve business outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Postgraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Deep technical and data science expertise, demonstrating proficiency in machine learning, statistical modeling, data manipulation, and visualization.
  • Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including modular code design, reproducibility, and testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex business problems through data analysis.
