Water Treatment Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our water and wastewater treatment systems.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute maintenance schedules for our water and wastewater treatment systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. This will involve working closely with engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and implementing design modifications to enhance system efficiency.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for monitoring plant performance, checking water quality, and providing analysis reports to system owners. You will troubleshoot system issues and respond to emergencies, as well as communicate effectively with clients to meet their needs.
To succeed in this role, you will require a degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years' experience with water and wastewater treatment systems. You should have hands-on experience with RO membrane replacement, CIP cleaning, MMF, ACF, and softener media replacement, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
