Water Treatment Operations Specialist

Role Summary:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a water treatment plant, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor process parameters and manage plant logistics to ensure efficient operation.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to maintain plant equipment and prevent downtime.
- Optimize plant performance through data-driven decision making and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in water treatment plant operations.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach to keeping up with new technologies and optimizing plant operations.
