Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the maintenance schedule for all equipment in all departments.

The Maintenance Technician Specialist will conduct regular maintenance work on all equipment, including air handling units, chillers, motors, pumps, etc. They will also perform installation and modification of machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Additionally, the Maintenance Technician Specialist will provide general electrical support, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machines and equipment. They will collaborate with plant operations to ensure power, water, aircon...operation is normal.

Liaising with vendors to repair equipment or processes, maintaining cleanliness at the plant level is also a key responsibility of the role.

The Maintenance Technician Specialist will purchase components and spare parts related to electrical and control items to minimize costs.

They will support major plant equipment reset and restart activities if breakdown occurs.

Daily/periodic check, record, and provide feedback on plant facilities equipment for continuous operation, including fire safety systems, air-conditioning ventilation systems, electrical systems, audio-visual systems, and building facilities without disruption to production and support plant production work requests.

The Maintenance Technician Specialist will continuously improve work execution on facilities equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Above NTC grade 3 in Electrical or Mechanical.
  • More than 3 years of working experience in a maintenance environment.
  • Able to read electrical drawings and have Autocad experience.
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
Benefits

Working hours: Permanent Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm - 11:10pm (8 hours shift, 5 days followed by 6 days).
