A minimum diploma or degree in hospitality or tourism management

At least 5 years' experience as a team leader in front office/guest relations within a hotel environment

Excellent communications, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Able to perform independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
