Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced sales professional to serve as a brand ambassador and optimise sales and profitability, while building trust and delivering exceptional customer care throughout the purchase and ownership lifecycle.
  • The successful candidate will conduct customer consultations throughout the sales process, acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador on the Porsche brand, products, services, and technologies, with focus on vehicle configuration, offer creation, and contract closure.

Deliver an exceptional purchase and ownership experience with seamless, consistent care across the entire lifecycle, while identifying opportunities for the purchase or repurchase of higher-specification vehicles and additional products and services to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in sales, preferably in the Automotive industry within the luxury segment
  • Proven track record of success in new car sales
  • A passion for the Porsche brand and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dedicated to supporting one another in achieving organisational goals
  • Proactive in engaging stakeholders and ensuring timely follow-up with a strong sense of accountability
  • Self-driven with a proactive learning attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office and other technology tools and systems
