Senior Manager/manager Porsche Experience

**Tasks**
- Lead Porsche Experience activities, including planning, organisation and management, with the overarching goal to develop a state-of-the-art driving events platform for existing and new customers
- Assume overall budget responsibility for the Porsche Experience including the steering of agencies and venue partners as well as the organisation of the respective tender processes
- Liaise regularly with related functions, internally and externally, to update the Porsche Experience calendar and booking systems, detailing provisional and confirmed events
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures and ensure compliant event operations in the context of health and safety, including conduct and monitoring of risk assessments and liaising with relevant stakeholders
- Manage ordering, maintenance, and disposal of the car pool in coordination with all relevant functions across the value chain
- Work together with marketing team to create and execute a communication plan for the Porsche Experience offer, including program design, campaign assets for above
- and below-the-line as well as digital channels
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in luxury automotive, lifestyle or related business area
- Very well versed in project management, negotiation and problem-solving
- Highly motivated team player with an open / growth mindset, and the ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to travel within the Asia Pacific region and Europe
- Possession of racing and/or instructor license is a plus
