**Porsche Lifestyle Sales Associate (Full-time Contract)**

Porsche Singapore is seeking a passionate and customer-centric Sales Associate to join our Porsche Lifestyle team at our innovative, brand-driven retail store located in Jewel Changi Airport. As the face of Porsche Lifestyle, you will play a vital role in delivering a next-level customer experience. You will help bring this unique retail concept to life through exceptional service, authentic storytelling, and a deep understanding of our products and brand values.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the Porsche’s brand image.
- Support customer enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in executing sales plans, marketing events, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Actively gather customer feedback and share valuable insights with store management to to refine store offerings and enhance customer experiences.
- Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of Porsche Lifestyle.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end fashion, retail, or a similar role.
- Passionate about the Porsche brand and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Commercially aware, with a strong interest in fashion, retail operations and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and brand enthusiast.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven by a strong “Can-Do” attitude and continuous learning mindset.
