Our 15-month rotational program is designed to develop early-career professionals into future leaders in pharmaceutical manufacturing. As an Automation Engineer PCP Associate, you will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing systems, digital technologies, process automation, and operational excellence, while working on meaningful projects that impact our ability to deliver life-saving medicines.

  • Rotate across key areas of automation and digital manufacturing, including Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) etc.
  • Support system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing reliability and efficiency.
  • Participate in digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Digital) to deliver high-impact projects.
  • Gain exposure to regulatory and compliance requirements (GMP, data integrity, audit readiness).
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and innovation.
