Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Process Specialist to support the efficient and safe operation of our production processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the production plant by following work SOPs, observing safety rules and 5S, and maintaining a clean work area.
  • Assist in loading and unloading of ISO tankers, raw materials, and waste management, as well as performing routine plant logging and data collection.
  • Conduct site walks to identify abnormalities and troubleshoot plant issues with the TL team.
  • Perform tasks such as material weighing and charging, grade change cleaning, and process gas sampling using gas chromatography.
Requirements:
  • Minimum O Level or equivalent qualification in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Open to candidates with no experience, but relevant working experience in a chemical manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good communication skills are essential.
  • The ideal candidate should be hands-on, able to multitask, self-disciplined, and have a strong safety mindset.
