Building Maintenance Business Developer

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating sales in the building maintenance and general building maintenance sector, including A & A façade related projects.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and source profitable projects involving Façade Cleaning, Resealant works for the entire building, glass replacement works for completed buildings and ongoing construction works.
  • Bid on and secure these projects through effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Generating sales revenue within the assigned targets.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development in any field.
  • Training will be provided for facade industry business development.
  • Candidates with experience in securing building facade maintenance projects will have an added advantage.
  • Candidates with a valid Class 3 license and owning their own car will have an added advantage.
What We Offer
  • A basic salary range between SGD $3K to $3.5k per month with high commission.
  • Travel and phone allowance will be provided apart from basic salary.
  • Training will be provided on industrial norms and requirements.
