Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in managing technical teams are essential requirements for this role. If you have experience in developing and implementing technical roadmaps, managing budgets, and mentoring junior staff members, we would like to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar capacity with experience managing multiple technical teams. A Bachelor's Degree or Advanced degree is also required. Strong knowledge of technical disciplines such as networking, database administration, and software development is highly desirable.
