Your Role
As a Client Success Manager - Greater China, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of data and analytics in the region. Your primary responsibility will be to manage our client portfolio within the Greater China region, working closely with Sales Managers to ensure seamless delivery of outstanding client experiences. You will be the voice of our clients, listening intently to their needs and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction and retention.
Your Skills
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in client-facing roles, preferably in Greater China. You should have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, as well as a genuine passion for helping clients succeed. Prior experience working with clients from diverse industries or syndicated research will be an added advantage. You should be a self-motivated and proactive team player who values collaboration and collective success.
