Estimated Monthly Salary: SGD 3,500 - 4,500Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with new customers via WhatsApp, assigning chess coaches based on specific criteria, and scheduling lessons. Strong organizational skills are essential for handling payments, reminders, and ad hoc tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Communication: Engage with new customers via WhatsApp to understand their needs and preferences.
- Scheduling: Schedule first lessons between coaches and customers, with coaches taking over scheduling afterward.
- Reminders: Send reminders to coaches for scheduling lessons and important sessions.
- Payment Processing: Check incoming payments once a week and process outgoing payments to freelance coaches.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle occasional shipments and assist with chess tournament setup/teardown as needed.
- Availability: Be available to respond to messages and queries promptly between 10 AM and 10 PM daily.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer and coach interactions.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to handle scheduling, payments, and ad hoc tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility: Commit to working approximately 7-10 hours per week.
- Commitment: Be able to commit to this role for a minimum of 1 year.
