Role Overview

About This Role
  • Customer Service Expertise: Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience.
  • Beverage Preparation Specialist: Prepare and serve cold and hot beverages with precision and attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Safety and Hygiene Advocate: Uphold food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements
  • Experience: Possess at least 1-2 years of experience working in a similar capacity or field.
  • Certification: Hold a relevant certificate, such as N level certification.
  • Pasison for Coffee: Demonstrate a genuine passion for coffee making and latte art.
  • Multitasking: Exhibit the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
