Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide top-notch customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • To prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty drinks.
  • To handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system efficiently.
  • To maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • To work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues during peak periods.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during busy periods.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
