As a key member of the Investment Banking team, you will be responsible for executing IPOs, RTOs, Privatisations, Fund-Raising, and other corporate finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage merger & acquisition (M&A) financial advisory transactions
  • Support the Head of Investment Banking in deal origination, marketing, and evaluation
  • Assist with other tasks assigned by the Head of Department and the Bank
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Accountancy, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of corporate finance experience
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in M&A execution for both listed and/or unlisted clients
  • Prior experience in IPO executions as an "Issue Manager" or "Sponsor" is a plus
