Job Title: Data Center Operations Professional
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our data center operations team as a professional. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for IT infrastructure and hardware.
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining data center servers and network systems. You will also perform storage media sanitization and destruction tasks, work within a ticket-based environment, and prioritize trouble tickets to maintain high system reliability.
Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams, share ideas, and contribute to projects that improve the data center work environment and overall efficiencies. Participation in small to mid-scale projects, including data center rollouts, is also expected.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Diploma Holders in Electrical & Electronics, Computer & Communications Engineering, Information & Digital Technologies or Technical education with relevant working experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Cloud computing technologies and IT system hardware and network concepts.
  • Passionate about IT infrastructure and hardware.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Familiarity with Linux operating system.
  • Experience of server operation system level development, familiar with server hardware components and basic troubleshooting.
  • Experience of Networking setup and configuration.
  • Experience in writing software programs.
