Job Overview

The Product Manager for Digital Ecosystem will be responsible for driving the overall strategy and roadmap for our Digital Ecosystem. This role will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan and manage the modernisation of the Digital Ecosystem in line with the strategy and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a business case for modernisation across digital products and corresponding product teams to ensure a cohesive digital ecosystem
  • Define, review and prioritise functions and modules across products to ensure ecosystem strategy is met
  • Track against and report milestones and KPIs for the ecosystem
  • Define a clear go-to-market strategy for collaboration with different categories of external stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that funding and utilisation are monitored and tracked
  • Balance new demands across the ecosystem (in alignment with product teams) against modernisation to ensure cost efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and research on digital healthcare and identify potential new trends that can add value to the ecosystem

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience; preferably in managing digital products in a medium to large-sized organisation
  • Ability to think strategically; understand and interpret policies to apply to IT enablement
  • Demonstrate planning capability applicable to the implementation of large-scale programmes
  • Ability to gather and integrate information from various sources to independently form views and recommendations
  • Ability to establish and cultivate relationships with a variety of key stakeholders
  • Well-developed communication and negotiation skills, as well as professional writing and presentation skills
  • Motivated individual and good team player
  • Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent, although consideration will be given to experience and certifications in lieu of degree
  • Experience in IT or dealing with IT teams is mandatory; experience in healthcare industry is an advantage
