Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze enhancements and propose solutions in collaboration with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Prepare specifications, workload estimates, planning, test scenarios, and release documentation.
  • Coordinate user acceptance tests.
  • Manage monthly releases, adhering to the team's milestones for analysis, coding, and testing.
  • Support the release roadmap in production.
  • Manage incidents and requests from business users and other IT teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues/bugs.
  • Build & Change Management.
Qualifications and Profile:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a front office post-trade business analyst.
  • Experience with Front Office systems (in-house or third-party systems).
  • Understanding of financial assets, particularly banking treasury products and the trade lifecycle, with a focus on fixed income and money market products.
  • Knowledge of risk management concepts and market data.
  • Experience interfacing FO or BO systems with external systems.
  • Hands-on experience with implementation projects.
  • Proven track record in AGILE methodologies.
