Theatre Operations Coordinator

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage various aspects of theatre productions.
Responsibilities- Liaise with theatre departments to collate information, ensuring seamless production logistics.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to discuss budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
- Supervise the installation of sets, lighting, and sound equipment to ensure timely completion.
- Compile prompt scripts, documenting actors' cues, props requirements, and technical specifications for set, lighting, and sound.
- Make adjustments to the set and props between scene changes to maintain an engaging performance.
- Cue Lighting and Sound Technicians to achieve the desired atmosphere and effects.
- Create risk assessments to guarantee the safety and well-being of the entire company.
- Proven work experience as a Stage Manager or equivalent role.
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with current technology.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
