Job Description

This role combines traditional project management with technical expertise, delivering strategic insights and recommendations. Our services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, test-and-learn business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced environment.

The Mastercard Services team provides end-to-end solutions for diverse global customer bases.

  • Develop new products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently
  • Successfully implement complex technology assets and deliver transformation programs
  • Strengthen client internal skills, knowledge and experience in critical areas
  • Transform client processes and optimize management practices
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage portfolios of projects supporting strategic change or initiatives with significant organizational impact
  • Handle complexity, risks, and interdependencies while realizing measurable benefits
About You
  • Delivering digital enterprise programs from initiation to benefit realization
  • Proven leadership of PMOs across clients/bases, with risk mitigation, issue resolution, and alignment of scope to value
  • Formal accreditation in PM/PMO/Change/Service Management; Agile experience or Scrum Master is a plus
  • Strong client relationship skills and ability to drive business development
  • Ability to identify opportunities, lead sales discussions, and contribute to proposals

You will have further capabilities such as stakeholder analysis, leveraging subject matter experts, influencing across large teams, strong writing and presentation skills, and the ability to frame opportunities in financial terms.
