  • Welcome guests professionally and efficiently seat them in a timely manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using provided technology.
  • Serve dishes and drinks with attention to detail and excellent hospitality skills.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of dining areas and service stations at all times.
  • Address guest feedback and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth operations and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Our ideal candidate will possess prior F&B service experience, have a positive attitude, work well within a team environment, and demonstrate a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are essential.
