About the Role

We seek an exceptional Associate Director to spearhead our Japan operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying our Japan strategy, providing guidance and leadership to ensure successful execution.

Your primary objectives will include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive Japan strategy, aligned with Agoda's global goals.
  • Providing strategic guidance and support to cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective decision-making.
