Job Overview

Enhance Operational Efficiency in APAC Offices

As a Technical Operations Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing Corporate Real Estate functions to better align with business needs in the region and global operating model.

  • Operational Excellence:
    • Develop and implement strategies for efficient operation of ICT Facility MEP systems to support IT production systems, including power, cooling, safety, and security.
    • Integrate sustainability, health, and wellbeing knowledge to enhance the workplace experience and internal environmental quality.
  • Internal Environment Management:
    • Lead environmental and energy management in the region, aligned with established environmental policy and ISO 14001 management system.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in APAC offices based on internal and external audits, EPI data trends, and management reviews.
  • Physical Security Operation:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with regional security system vendors for effective troubleshooting and rectification of CCTV and PACS issues.
    • Provide remote support for testing and commissioning of security systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering-related disciplines.
  • ISO 14001 lead auditor certification is desired.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in engineering services operation and infrastructure projects context.
  • Corporate Real Estate experience is mandatory, with financial services and banking industry desired.
  • Medium size project MEP design and execution experience is essential.
  • Deep knowledge of Building Management System design, implementation, and operation is required.
  • ITIL-based change and incident management knowledge and track record are necessary.
  • Experience with ISO 14001 standards is desired.
  • Strong understanding of large/complex corporations and corresponding premises needs is essential.
  • Ability to provide umbrella operational function as well as detailed solutions for in-country needs.
  • Refined interpersonal skills in a culturally and geographically diverse team are required.
  • Ability to meet demanding requirements and deadlines.
  • Highly motivated with strong business acumen and outstanding written/oral communication skills.
  • Excellent inter-personal, people management, and business-aligned skills, together with a strong desire to lead by example.
  • Willingness to travel within APAC for infrastructure projects, external ISO audits, and workshops.
