Job Description

Hydrographic Surveyor and Reclamation Specialist.

We are seeking a highly skilled Hydrographic Surveyor and Reclamation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our surveying department, you will be responsible for the collection, processing, and analysis of hydrographic data from a variety of sources including topographic surveys, bathymetric surveys, and other related measurements.

Your role will involve working with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for performing quality control checks on survey data, identifying and addressing any errors or inconsistencies, and providing technical guidance and support to colleagues as needed.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You will also need strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex data sets and identify effective solutions.

Requirements
  • A minimum Diploma in Civil, M&E, or IT Engineering, technology, or equivalent disciplines.
  • A minimum 8 years' experience in hydrographic/topo survey data processing and possess team leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, process, and analyze large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, geographic information systems (GIS), and other related tools.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
