  • Conduct research in evidence-informed teaching and learning practices, utilizing data and learning analytics to inform your work.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative pedagogies and technologies to enhance PET/CET delivery, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for our students.
  • Deliver joint-polytechnic and TP-specific professional development programs for the academic community, focusing on the development of innovative teaching practices.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Education, Education Technology, Adult Education, or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of teaching experience in the polytechnic, with demonstrated competencies in curriculum design, facilitation of learning, assessment, and technology-enhanced learning.
  • Experience in mentoring lecturers in implementing innovative ways of teaching, with a focus on enhancing student learning outcomes.
  • An agile team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex teaching and learning challenges, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and creative, with a tenacious attitude and a growth mindset.
