Study Group, a pioneering leader in international education, invites applications for the role of Academic Associate Director. This pivotal position plays a crucial role in shaping the future of global education, fostering academic excellence, and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership in academic programme development and quality assurance.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with universities and institutions worldwide.
  • Oversee curriculum development, ensuring alignment with university standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement academic policies and procedures, ensuring seamless programme delivery and compliance.
  • Manage academic programme quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster effective internal and external relationships, promoting academic excellence and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Relevant undergraduate degree in education, business administration, or a related field, with postgraduate qualifications preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of academic requirements in the UK and partner countries, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with progression universities.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing academic programmes and curriculum, preferably in international or pathway education.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining partnership relationships at senior management levels.
  • Experience in supporting continuous improvement initiatives and understanding of international perspectives on education.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with proficiency in other languages desirable.
